1. Who you're agreeing with

"SNN Systems", "we" and "us" mean the software studio operated by Shahriar Nasim Nafi in Bangladesh, which makes Sitbuster. "You" means the person using it. These terms cover the Sitbuster app, its online features (leagues, crews and invite links), Sitbuster Plus and this website.

By downloading or using Sitbuster you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence also applies, as section 9 explains.

2. Health and safety

Sitbuster is a game that encourages everyday movement. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace a doctor or physiotherapist.

• Check with a doctor before you start if you have a heart, lung, joint or back condition, high blood pressure, an injury, are pregnant or recovering from surgery, or aren't sure exercise is right for you.
• Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or unusual shortness of breath, and get medical help if it doesn't pass.
• Make sure your space is safe: a steady chair that won't roll, a solid wall and clear floor around you.
• Rep counts, steps, XP, sitting times and water amounts are estimates for the game. Don't rely on them for health decisions.
• Water goals, eye breaks, daylight and sleep tips are general wellness tips. Weight goals are only for adults 18 and over.

You choose how hard to go and take part at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.

3. Your account

• You can play without an account. Leagues, crews and invite links need one, made by signing in with Apple or Google.
• You must be at least 13 to use Sitbuster, or older where the law of your country requires it.
• One account is for one person. Keep your phone secure: whoever can use it can use your account.
• You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the account deletion page. The privacy policy explains what is deleted.

4. Fair play and respect

Leagues and crews are only fun if the XP is real and everyone feels welcome.

• Earn XP by moving. Don't use modified apps, scripts, recordings or other tricks to fake reps, steps or sets.
• Don't use more than one account to climb leagues or to collect invite rewards.
• We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players. The name you sign in with, crew names and anything you share through Sitbuster must not be hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent or illegal, or pretend to be someone else.
• Sitbuster filters offensive words out of names. A crew name with one isn't accepted, and a player name with one shows as "Player" and a short code.
• Tap anyone in a league or crew to report them or block them, and members can report their crew's name. Blocking hides that player's name and high-fives from you, stops their high-fives and keeps them out of your crews and clubs. They aren't told.

We look at every report within 24 hours. If these rules are broken, we may reset XP, hide or change a name, rename or close a crew, remove someone from leagues and crews, or suspend or close an account. Where we can, we'll say why. To raise anything else, email contact@snnsystems.com.

5. Free and Plus

Sitbuster is free to download and play, with no ads. The free plan includes camera sets, nudges and small wins, steps, leagues, crews and boss fights, the first chapters of the trail and 30 days of history.

Sitbuster Plus is optional. The app shows what Plus adds, its price and its billing period, in your currency, before you buy.

6. Subscriptions

• Plus is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it ends. On Google Play, cancel before the renewal date.
• New subscribers to the yearly plan may be offered a free trial, currently 7 days. The app shows when the trial ends and what you'll be charged, and reminds you the day before. Cancel before the trial ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before) and you aren't charged.
• Manage or cancel Plus at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Deleting the app or your Sitbuster account doesn't cancel a subscription.
• Plus belongs to the App Store or Google Play account you bought it with. Use Restore purchases to bring it back on another phone with that account. Plus bought on iPhone doesn't unlock Plus on Android, or the other way round.
• If a price goes up, Apple or Google tell you before it applies, under their rules, and in some cases ask you to agree.

7. Refunds

Refunds for Plus are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. For the App Store, ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, ask from your Google Play order history, or email us with your order number, which starts with GPA. Your rights as a consumer where you live are not affected.

8. Online features

Leagues, crews, invite links, sign-in and Plus need an internet connection and our server or the stores, so they can be interrupted by maintenance or an outage. Camera sets, the trail and small wins work offline.

We may change, add or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces what Plus does, we'll give reasonable notice.

9. Licence

• If you got the app from the App Store, your use of it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms apply where they're consistent with it. That licence is between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support, or any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of that agreement and may enforce it.
• If you got the app from Google Play, these terms apply together with the Google Play Terms of Service.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Sitbuster on phones you own or control. Sitbuster, its code, design and content stay ours.

10. What you may not do

• Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app.
• Work around Plus, payments or rewards, or use a purchase obtained that way.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Overload, probe or attack the server, or collect other players' data from it.
• Use Sitbuster to break the law or someone else's rights.

11. What you share

Crew names and the invite link pictures you upload stay yours. You let us store and show them, worldwide and free of charge, only to run Sitbuster: to your crew, and to people who open your invite link. That ends when you delete them or your account.

12. Warranties and disclaimer

We'll make Sitbuster work substantially as described on this site and on its store page. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, Sitbuster is provided "as is" and "as available", without further warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or data, or for anything you do against the advice in section 2. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Plus in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights aren't affected.

14. Ending

You can stop using Sitbuster and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Sections 2, 11, 12, 13 and 16 continue after that.

15. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. If a change materially affects you, account holders will be told by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Sitbuster after a change means you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

17. General

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, without reducing your rights. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Sitbuster. Questions go to contact@snnsystems.com.
